The Pella City Council will consider an amendment to the project administration policy for the ongoing Pella Rec Center construction at their meeting this evening. A resolution will be considered after the council receives a summary of the change orders made to date. Additionally, the council will review a contract and bond for sanitary sewer improvements at the rec center, as well as accepting public improvements for the West 9th Street reconstruction and sanitary sewer project. The council will also consider a temporary transfer for surplus funds from the Pella Municipal Electric Utility to the general fund. The third reading of an ordinance approving the Fox Ridge Urban Renewal is also on the agenda. During policy and planning, the council will discuss removing vacation rates for Pella Fiber and trash services, with no formal action planned. The Pella City Council meeting begins at 6:00 this evening in the Pella Public Safety Complex.
