Local law enforcement wants to make sure that motorists are being cautious and slow down during Beggars Night as some children will have limited visibility with their costumes and kids may not always watch where they’re going. It is also a good idea for kids to wear reflective tape on their costume or utilize glow sticks to make themselves more visible. Parents should have a safety plan in place with children who are going out with friends and will have no supervision.
