The 2025 Indianola Tour of Homes returns after being cancelled in 2024, restarted by Ben and Jaime Carpenter for 2025 with the goal of not only showing off community homes but raising funds for those in need. Ben Carpenter tells KNIA News it was a big goal to have the ticket funds for the event go towards making 10 families have the Christmas they want and deserve.
“To be able to bring a community together, supporting 10 families that are in need at Christmas. Christmas as everybody knows is stressful enough, but when it’s stressful and you are dealing with budgetary constraints or health issues, all of the other crazy things that can happen in a family. If you are wondering how to buy gifts, we wanted to step in and really help lead the way helping these families. We know the Tour of Homes has supported charities in the past, we thought this would be a great way to really bring the investment of the community and take that right into the homes of those who are in need this year.”
