The Indianola High School baseball and softball fields are in the process of receiving upgrades for next season. The softball field will be reoriented and both softball and baseball fields will have turf installed. Superintendent Tara Paul tells KNIA News the field projects are progressing as planned.

“You can drive by our high school facility and see that our baseball and softball fields are under construction and those are well under way. The turf will be laid down and then we’ll kind of let it lay for a little bit until the spring when the weather gets better again and we can start working on some finishing touches there in getting ready for the softball and baseball seasons next spring.”
