The 2026 Tulip Queen and Royal Court were selected on Saturday night, as heard on 92.1 KRLS.

Kenzie Kanis will serve as the lead ambassador for the 91st annual Tulip Time. She was chosen by judges at the annual Tulip Queen’s Announcement Party at Pella Christian High School, hosted by Pella Historical Museums.

“I’m so honored!” Kanis expressed shortly after the announcement in a speech to the audience. “Thanks to Pella Historical Museums and everyone who helps put this on, and thanks to these eleven other amazing girls — they were all so much fun to be around today…I can’t wait to see you all at Tulip Time!”

She’ll be joined on the royal court by Lexi Terpstra, Abbie Brand, Addie Van Arendonk, and Riley Braafhart.
