Impact Community Action Partnership is holding a Low-Income Home Energy Assistance Program (LIHEAP) open house in Knoxville on Thursday.
The LIHEAP program can help low income individuals with their energy bills, especially in the winter months when it costs more to heat a home. The events in Knoxville will be from 9:00 am – 3:00 pm at the Knoxville Public Library, and this is a way to meet with IMPACT to discuss options and see if someone qualifies. Those who attend should bring social security cards for all household members, household income and demographic information, and utility account information.
There will also be pop-up events at Crossroads in Pella on December 11th and at the Melcher-Dallas Library on December 18th.
