The Indianola boys wrestling team has taken the Little Hawkeye Conference crown on the wrestling mat with a 239 point performance Saturday in Indianola. The Indians earned first place finishes from Chandler Brown at 106lbs, Cain Crossan at 113 lbs, Stoney Wood at 144 lbs and Elijah Blewitt at 150 lbs. Runner-up finishes were Sawyer Nelson at 120 lbs, Corwin Cambron at 175lbs, Zach O’Meara at 215lbs and Aiden Curtis at 285lbs.

The Indians return to the mat with the State Duals Qualifier at Indianola Tuesday night and can be heard live on 94.3 KNIA.
