The Knoxville Public Library will be making a major announcement Wednesday morning regarding their expansion project. The community is invited to the front lawn of the Library at 9:30 Wednesday to hear the news. The Library is in the very beginning stages of an expansion project that would double their space and further serve the community. The first step is acquiring funds to buy the Dixie Gebhart house by the end of the month. Thus far, around $75,000 has been raised for the project. The purchase price for the Gebhart house is $132,500.
