The Pella Fire Department responded to a fire call in Otley at around noon on Monday. The fire on Johnston St. in Otley was likely started by a lit cigarette, says Pella Fire Chief Doug Van Gorkom. The fire lit a small portion of the side of the house on fire, but was quickly extinguished. Pella Ambulance personnel also responded to the scene.
