Pleasantville senior Lincoln Card competed at the Class 2A District golf meet hosted by Mediapolis on Tuesday.
Card competed at the meet as an individual after qualifying at Pleasantville’s sectional meet last week at Davis County. Card finished 18th overall on Tuesday with a score of 82 after sitting tied for third through 13 holes. It wasn’t the finish to the round that Card had hoped for as he fell short of qualifying for state but he finishes his senior season with many successful accomplishments on the course over the years. Card will play baseball this summer and then continue his golf career at Southwestern Community College.
