
The Melcher-Dallas Girls Track and Field Squad won its own invitational on Tuesday while the boys placed 7th. The girls scored seven 1st place medals led by Trista Hansaker winning three events and was a part of one relay. She took first place in the 100, 200, and 400 and was a part of the 4×100 relay. Amber Addington won the 3000 in a time of 14:45.85 while Kesley Reed took 1st in the shot put with a throw of 32 feet one inch. The Saints 4×200 relay team also took 1st place. The boys were led by Colby Schrader in the 200 with a 2nd place finish in a time of :27.09 and Austin Remster was 2nd in the 110 high hurdles in a time of :17.22.
