It was double the fun for the Twin Cedars baseball and softball squad as they combined to outscore Moulton-Udell 24-0 Thursday night. In the baseball game, Devin Arkema went all five innings to get the win with 11 strikeouts, he also had a triple and scored two runs. Coach Mark Schroeder tells KRLS Sports they need to improve their base running as the season winds down. It was a similar story over on the softball field as the class 1A #12 Sabers thrashed the Eagles 14-0 in three innings. Grace Bailey got the win in the circle and the Sabers delivered the kill shot in the second inning by scoring 12 runs. Both squads will take on Lamoni tonight.
