The Indianola City Council met in regular session Monday evening. The council approved the third reading of an ordinance to change the traffic on the square from one-way to two-way, which will take place on May 17th. The council also held public hearings on tobacco sales violations, approved the first consideration of an ordinance to amend the city code regarding electric scooters, and held a discussion regarding insurance renewals before going into closed session to discuss litigation.
