The Indianola School Board has selected Edge Construction out of Grimes to head on the CMaR project for phase two of the high school remodeling project. Edge Construction is also handling phase one of the project as well. Indianola Superintendent Tara Paul says they’ve been pleased with the company and phase two will focus more on the gymnasiums.
“Phase two is the addition of the gym to the project. It will be a storm shelter and a gym that gets connected to and runs parallel to the new academic wings that we just put on.”
The board took a tour of the phase one wing prior to their monthly meeting this week and are already anticipating the beginning of the work on phase two. Find the full interview with Tara Paul here.
