The Indianola School Board had the opportunity to take a tour of the new wing at Indianola High School prior to their monthly meeting earlier this week. The new wing’s finishing touches are being completed and Indianola Superintendent Tara Paul says it was a wonderful tour.
“It’s so nice, because the board are on the board but don’t generally get into that building to see the progress. To be able to show that off and see the decisions that we’re all making and what it’s going towards. We also had a few community members to get to walk through along with us, which was a great experience for them to see where their tax dollars were going. I think in all, it was a very impressive tour. People didn’t realize how big it was going to be and how beautiful the building was going to be.”
The new high school wing should be fully accessible by the beginning of the 2026-2027 academic school year. Find the full interview with Tara Paul here.
