Four PCM varsity athletic teams will be in action Thursday.
The Mustang girls and boys track and field teams will compete at the Newton Cardinal Coed Invite as they compete against ten other schools. Both teams last competed on Monday at Van Meter where the boys placed second and the girls took third. Today’s meet starts at 4:30 pm.
The Mustang soccer team will take on Central Iowa United at West Marshall High School. The PCM Soccer team is 2-4-1 on the season and are led in scoring by Dylan Beyer who has six goals on the year. Central Iowa United is 1-6 on the season. Today’s match starts at 5:30 pm.
The PCM girls golf team will compete at a quad hosted by Eddyville-Blakesburg-Fremont at Oskaloosa Golf. The meet will feature EBF, Chariton, and Davis County. The PCM girls golf team is coming off a sixth place finish at West Marshall on Tuesday. Today’s quad starts at 4:00 pm.
