Three PCM varsity athletic teams were in action Monday.
The PCM soccer team traveled to Chariton where they tied the 5-0-1 Chargers 2-2. Both of PCM’s goals came from Dylan Beyer. The PCM soccer team improves to 4-4-1 on the season. The Mustang soccer team will next compete on Friday at Sigourney-Keota.
The PCM girls and boys track and field teams competed at home. The Mustang boys finished first out of five teams with 157 team points. First place finishers for the PCM boys include Coby DeRaad in the 400 meter, Kash Fischer in the 800 meter, Brendon Lahart in the 3200 meter, and the sprint medley and 4X400 meter relay.
The Mustang girls finished second out of seven total teams with 143 team points. First place finishers for the PCM girls include Lila Milani in the 800 meter, Katelynn Fagg in the long jump, and the 4X800 meter relay. Complete boys and girls results can be found here. The PCM track and field teams will be back home on Thursday as just the boys will compete today at EBF.
The PCM girls and boys golf teams had their meets postponed Monday due to weather.
