Pella’s boys tennis team will once again represented at the boys state tennis tournament. Trevin Sutton and Brayden Van Horn won the district title at the state singles and doubles qualifier held at Pella High School on Saturday. The state tournament will be held on May 27th and 28th at Byrnes Park in Waterloo.
The #12 in 2A Pella girls soccer team played to a pair of ties on Saturday at the Nevada tournament, falling in penalty kicks to #1 in 1A Denver 3-2 and tying with the hosting Cubs 1-1.
